Obituary
Our beloved mother, daughter, granddaughter, auntie, niece, grandmother, and sister Michaela Dawn BearTusk Limberhand left to be with our Lord on June 30, 2023, sustained from an automobile accident.
Michaela was born February 27, 1984, in Billings, MT, to Michael Dean BearTusk and Susan Rides Horse. She was an enrolled member of the Crow tribe and is a child of Ties the Bundle and Whistling Water clans. She was also Northern Cheyenne and Cree and was proud of her heritage and culture. She attended church at Mountain Crow Worship.
Michaela attended school at Pryor Public Elementary and graduated from Wyola and Plenty Coups High School. She worked at Walmart as a cashier, Sassy Biscuit, and was currently employed at Chick-fil-A in Billings. She and her husband Rusty Limberhand were blessed with 5 children, she was a loving mother and grandmother, and the love she had for her children was unconditional. She was so proud and happy when she became a grandmother and enjoyed every minute with her grandchildren.
She enjoyed spending time with family and friends at outdoor activities such as barbeques and had such a happy and humble personality, she was such a joy to be around. Her laugh was contagious, and her sense of humor will truly be missed by many.

Michaela was preceded in death by her Grandfathers: Ralph Sr. and Reuben Sr. BearTusks, Earl Denny, and Lewis Rides Horse , Camel Big Hail. Grandmothers: Gertrude and Alvina BearTusk, Leona and Margeret Rides Horse, and Alice Bell Rock, Bertha Freeman, Nora and Catherine Big Hail,Alma Wall: also numerous Aunties, Uncles, and Cousins.
Survivors include her parents, her husband, grandparents: Ace and Shelley Big Lake, and her children: Aaliyah BearTusk Enemy Hunter (Bronson), Rus'Taeyah Limberhand (Monty), RJ., Michael Sheldon BearTusk, Benny Lee Limberhand, and Maliyah BearTusk.
Sisters; Quana Oldcrane, Lujuana Old Crane Spang (Chris) Leota, and April BearTusk (Juan).
Brother: Joseph Bear. Uncles: Eugene and Sealmer, Levi and Reuben BearTusk Jr., Mark(Guena) Spotted Horse, Stanley(Sarah), and Stan(Nelvette) Rides Horse.
Aunts: Sherry and Cheryl Rides Horse, Theodoris Asencio, Emma Richardson, Aleta Faye, Theda Medicine Horse, Annette Bear Tusk, Dawn Big Lake, and Shirleen.
Uncles: Gary Rides Horse.
