Tonya Kobitisch

Tonya Dalton Kobitisch was born on July 28th, 1964, the child of Ronald and Sara Marshal. Throughout life Tonya lived in a few places, she was born in Okinawa, Japan. After a few short years moved to Cody Wyoming where she went to school and graduated from Cody Highschool. She went on to complete a two-year degree from Powell Community College. After a few more years in Wyoming, Tonya moved to Billings, MT where she met her husband, Mike Kobitisch. They were married on January 31st of 2008. Soon after they were blessed with an amazing son, Chance Kobitisch.

During her life, Tonya found many hobbies and interests. While enjoying her time in bookkeeping, she found a love for them, becoming an avid book reader. When she wasn't reading, she found joy in her art of cross-stitching and spending time with her beloved cats. Tonya was also a big fan of spending her time outside in nature. She loved camping, and horseback riding and some of her favorite memories were spending time at the family farm in Barnard, Kansas.

A beautiful soul and a good friend were taken from us too soon. Tonya passed away in the comfort of her home on August 1st, 2023. Her celebration of life barbecue will be held later this summer.
