I have known Garnet for many years. I became more acquainted with her several years ago when she helped me organize luncheons for retired nurses. She was a huge help and we corresponded regarding memories of our nursing careers. I will miss her.

I graduated from LPN school with Garnet in 1979. I didn't get to know her real well or keep in touch with her. It seemed like she always smiled and was a nice person.
