I worked with Bob for about 7 years. I have a lot of good memories of all the trips we made up the haul road to the North Sloop. A lot of those trips required pilot cars so Wonda and Connie were a part of that. But Bob stayed in touch with me after we all left Alaska and remember the times we shared coffee or a meal when they were in my area. Billings was always a place for me to stop in at when I was traveling to Minnesota. I'm going to miss Bob a lot!!!

The following was narrated by David Gleason. I met Bob at our grand daughter's (Katrina's)wedding in 2016. I found Bob to be very friendly and I very much enjoyed chatting with him. Seemingly younger than his years, I found Bob to be very personable. And only having just met him felt that he had been a friend I had no known for years. Also it was evident that he had a great love for his wife, family and friends. Certainly, Bob will be sorely missed. Rest in peace, my friend. David.
