I remember Dar from my time at St. Pius X Church in Billings. I was the liturgy coordinator at that time and Dar was an excellent proclaimer of the readings. Dar and Jim would proclaim the readings and I would make sure that they had the general intercessions. Sometimes, that meant that Jim would type them in braille on his machine as I dictated the intercessions to them prior to our liturgy. Dar and I kept up our friendship after I retired through emails. I will miss reading her emails, always upbeat no matter what difficulties she faced. Her signature line read: "Every saint has a past. Every sinner has a future." I don't know where she took that from or perhaps, she made it up. But it is something to contemplate. I'll miss you Dar. Save a spot in heaven for me. Judi Pike
