Nissi Plain Bull

Nissi F. Plain Bull was called home to our Lord on February 21, 2024. She was known as a kindhearted woman and a strong warrior. She touched the lives of all who knew her with her general spirit, compassion for family and unwavering strength. Her passion and resilience for life will be greatly missed. Her passion and resilience for life will be greatly missed. May her legacy live on in the heart of those she loved and those that loved her as well. Nissi is the granddaughter of Frank Paulic Plain Bull and Elizabeth Bear Cloud Plain Bull. She is also the great granddaughter of Chief Plenty Coups. Nissi attended Saint Labre her freshman year of high school, Hardin high school her sophomore year and then her junior year she went to Chemawa. While at Chemawa she played volleyball and excelled in basketball as a guard. She then went on to Clearfield Job Corps in Utah to study carpentry and received her GED there in 2003. Soon after leaving Job Corps, Nissi came back home to Crow Agency to care for her mother Annabel Little Light. Soon after moving home, she met her fiancé, Richard Timothy Jarvis. They were both blessed with a handsome son, Azariah. Nissi was an AuntieMom for all her sisters and friends and all their children. She cared for all her nieces and nephews like they were her own, and her love was never ending for them. Nissi had many accomplishments to exemplify. She was a self-taught crocheter and hairdresser, that enjoyed many different artistic avenues like music, and anything that helped her bring out the best of her capabilities. She loved working with her hands. More importantly, she displayed the virtues and characteristics of a loving family member who always accepted those into her home as safe haven.
