Carolyn Mary Cahill, 84, died Sunday, June 13, 2010 in Billings, Montana. She was born March 6, 1926 in Grand Junction, Colorado to John and Carolyn (Sims) Munday.Carolyn married Nelson “Kay” Cahill in Texarkana, Arkansas on June 5, 1946 and they had one son, Jan F. Cahill on January 10, 1948. She was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, always had a smile and was always there for her son and grandkids. She especially enjoyed her Wednesday lunches and attending ball games with her grandson Jay and the many visits with her grandkids Robert and April as well as watching their special events.She is survived by her son, Jan (Angie) Cahill; and three grandchildren: Jay (Jenny) Cross, Robert Cahill and April Cahill. She was preceded in death by her husband Kay and her parents.She will be missed by her friends and family whose lives she touched with grace, humility and love. She earned her angel wings here on earth.At Carolyns request, cremation will take place with a private family inurnment in Mountview Cemetery. I know your Mother is once again enjoying the music your Dad played. We used to get a chuckle...every evening we could hear him playing the organ, even in the dead of winter, we could hear him play even with all the doors and windows shut tight!! He filled that house with music that your Mom loved...or so she told me she did!!!

Our deepest sympathy to you and your family. I had the pleasure of living next door to your parents for the last 14 years. I have good memories of your Mother, such as her beautiful smile that would light up a room, her kindness, thoughtful, kind words to us and our 4 daughters and grandson. She loved us to visit and was always amazed how they had grown! She would beam talking of her grandchildren!!! She earned her angel wings on earth.
