Ourania Sullivan

Named for her magical aura, Ourania Lux Sullivan, our heavenly light, associated with universal love, a muse of the stars and astronomy, will forever dance among the galaxies. On May 17th early Friday morning, at a routine midwife appointment, Ourania's parents found out their sweet baby girl no longer had a heartbeat at 37 weeks, 1 day gestation. She was born into the world naturally on May 20, 2024, Monday at 1:29 PM. She weighed 6 lbs., 1 oz. and was 18.75” L. She had dark wisps of hair, daddy's skin and smile, and mama's eyes and hands. She was beautiful and perfect in every way. Her parents are grateful for every moment spent loving her in the womb and were able to spend two beautiful days with her in the hospital, loving and mourning her before she was cremated. Ourania is preceded in death by her grandfather, Jacques Rene Dupont, and her grandmother, Pamela Jo Cray. She is survived by her father, Daniel Joseph Sullivan III, and her mother, Aline Chantal Dupont, her grandfather, Daniel Joseph Sullivan Jr., and his wife Debbie, her grandmother, Susan Marie Hanken, and many uncles, aunts, and cousins. Ourania Lux will forever be in her parent's hearts as they let her guide them through their grief and healing at a time when they feel lost and heartbroken.
