William Ethan Pocha passed away suddenly on July 21, 2024.
He was born November 18th, 1996, to Rindi Pocha and Kevin Hoyer of Helena.
As a child, William was very charismatic and charming. His love of drums and classic cars started from a young age, often going to visit his dad's work at Auto Concepts where they would work on cars and trucks from every generation. After graduating from Helena High school in 2015, William went to a trade school down in Clearfield, Utah, where he learned how to be a mechanic. After finishing school in Utah, he came back to Helena and decided to take a job with Helena Motors. In 2019, Will moved down to Billings to live with his sister Lydia and her husband Paul where he continued to work as a mechanic at the Ford dealership. While working there, he was able to get the car of his dreams: A red 2016 Ford Mustang. He stayed in Billings while his sister moved back to Helena, and he was able to live his life freely with his brand-new car. After going to local car meets, he gained many new friendships with people who had the same love of cars as him. William's inviting and likable personality will be forever missed by those who love him.
He is proceeded in death by his grandfather William (Bill) Pocha, great grandmother Eileen Richey, his uncle Terry Hoyer, and brother-in-law Paul Doney.
He is survived by his mother Rindi Pocha and father Kevin Hoyer. Grandma Gail, aunts Lisa Pocha (Joe), Joy Tew (Craig), and Patience Pocha, Mary Hoyer and Bonita Hoyer, uncles Scott Pocha (Michelle) and Cory (Kerry Bourn). Sisters Madison Michels, Lydia Doney, and Celina Gracie Brielle Cozbriceno. Cousins Parker, Peyton, Thomas, Jessica, Tad, Luke, Zach, Ashley, Chad, Emma, Caden, Kayla, Mckenna, Kennedy and his only niece River.
The funeral will be held Saturday August 10th, 2024, at 3PM at the Episcopal Diocese of Montana (515 N Park Ave Helena, Mt). There will be a gathering after the service on the lower level of the church. All are welcome to come.
