Daniel Cunnington

Daniel James Cunnington, age 34, was born on December 21, 1989, in Billings, Montana, and grew up in nearby Lockwood. He was baptized and confirmed at Atonement Lutheran Church in the Billings Heights and participated in the Lockwood Cub Scout Pack 93 and Boy Scout Troop 93.

From a young age, Daniel showed a passion for working with his hands, whether it was fixing up cars or creating something new. His enthusiasm for these pursuits continued throughout his life, and he carried that same passion into his relationships. Known for his generous spirit and his ability to connect with others, Daniel was always ready to lend a helping hand.

He cherished his role as a husband to Analisa, whom he married in 2023, and as a father to their daughter, Alexandra. In recent years, Daniel was excited to channel his love for the outdoors into starting his own landscaping business, a venture that reflected his dedication to building something of his own.

Despite the challenges he faced throughout his life, Daniel's enduring sense of humor and resilient spirit left a lasting impact on those who knew him. His warmth and helpfulness will continue to inspire the lives he touched.

Daniel passed away on October 2, 2024, in Billings. He is survived by his wife, Analisa, and daughter, Alexandra, both of Billings; his parents, Dale and Diane Cunnington; his brother, Douglas Cunnington of Maple Valley, Washington; and numerous other relatives.

A memorial service will be held at Atonement Lutheran Church, 1290 Sierra Granda Blvd, in Billings at 1 PM on Friday, October 11.
