Freddie Randle Coulter, Jr., age 61, passed away from heart complications on June 2, 2022, at Billings Clinic Hospital in Billings, MT.
Also known as Randy, he was born in Columbus, GA on September 18, 1960, to Freddie Coulter, Sr. and Ruby Fay Arrington. Randy loved hunting and fishing. He served in the U.S. Air Force for eight years, nine months and 27 days until he was medically discharged due to the loss of his leg to cancer. In the last couple of years, Freddie became involved with the VFW. He was a participant in Hunting with Heroes, and when he could, he would take his dog Toby with him everywhere he went.
Freddie is survived by his wife, Trish Coulter; son, Freddie Coulter III; daughter, Torrie Coulter; half-brother, Ken Johnson of Columbus, GA; and various nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents Freddie Coulter, Sr. and Ruby Fay Arrington; various uncles, grandparents, and his stepmother.
Graveside service with full Air Force Military Honors will be held at Yellowstone National Cemetery, 55 Buffalo Trail Road, Laurel, MT on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 at 1:00 PM. Condolences may be left at www.dahlfuneralchapel.com.

I was stationed with Freddie at Moody AFB in the 80's. He was smaller than most of us but he worked twice a hard. He was a good Airman and friend. RIP brother.
