Ronald Gordy,

Ronald Wiley Gordy, Jr., 31, of Billings, Montana, died at his home on Monday, March 19, 2018. Ron was born on June 20, 1986 in Prince Frederick, Maryland to Ronald Wiley Gordy, Sr. and the late Michelle Ann Shenberger Gordy. He was married to the love of his life, Jessica Marie Delaney, on October 13, 2017. They loved to explore Montana's wilderness by hiking and camping with their dog Huckleberry affectionately known as “Huck.” Ron was generous, kind, and would drop everything to help someone in need. People were naturally attracted to his kindness and warm heart. He was a builder in both profession and in life and loved creating music and art. You could usually find him with both pencil and paper sketching, playing guitar, or working on his latest project in the garage. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Edward and Sheila Shenberger, and his mother Michelle. He is survived by his wife Jessica, father Ron, step-mother Lynn, and his siblings: Ryan (Erica) Gordy, Randall (Taytum) Gordy, Sheila Gordy, Kyle Dixon Woodward, Ashley (Jarrett) Butler, Austin (Brooke Lee) Woodward, Melissa Woodward, and Alexa Woodward; his grandparents Russell & Renea Gordy and Stella Heath, his nephews Randon, Rowdie, and niece Ava, as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, March 24, 2018 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 1640 Broadmoor Dr. in Billings, MT. All are welcome. Burial will take place at a private family gathering later this summer on the family property in Roundup, MT. Please send flowers directly to the church.
