George was a true friend. Having served on the board of directors and the foundation board at Weston County Manor and Hospital while George served as CEO, he was respected and appreciated by all. He was a man of vision and full of energy. George got things done. One accomplishment we are most proud of is the remodeling and upgrades of both the hospital and the manor. He had productive ideas and worked tirelessly to improve all aspects of our Newcastle facilities. When George left our hospital, there came a great void...... he was missed. Our sympathies and best wishes go out to all his family members.

I remember hanging out with Phillip after school back in grade school. George was always so warm and welcoming to me. He was one of the most up beat and friendly people I've ever met. And that really has stuck with me over the years. He will be truly missed. -James Netzer Sidney, MT
