Obituary
Lisa Marie Frank, 45, passed away peacefully in her sleep, after a short illness, on Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at her home in Billings, Montana. She was born in Sidney, Montana on March 27, 1968 to parents Art and Marlene (Stroh) Frank. She was baptized and confirmed in St. Matthews Catholic Church in Sidney. Lisa attend school in Sidney, graduating from high school in 1986. In the fall of 1986, Lisa attended Eastern Montana College, now known as Montana State University, graduating in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology. Lisa's working career began with Corporate Air for 15 years, 5 years at Avitas, currently as an Eligibility Administrator at EBMS. Lisa was very vivacious, had an epic sense of humor, always full of kindness, and caring for others. She dedicated her life to rescuing and caring for any furry animal in need. Lisa will be dearly missed by her family and her many friends. She is survived by her parents, Art and Marlene, brother Michael (Kelly), nephew Sebastian, and her furry kids. She was preceded in death by her grandparents Leonard and Elsie Frank, and Sebastian and Tillie Stroh. Memorial Mass for Lisa will be at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church in Billings, 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 8, 2014. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the City of Billings Injured Animal Fund, which allows for emergency veterinarian care for stray or lost pets who are found (P.O. Box 1178 Billings, MT. 59103).

Miss Lisa, you will surely be missed. I had so much fun, strife, laughter, and crazy days with you in the Benefits Department at Avitus Group. I was lucky to have trained and worked by your side for so many years. All our inside jokes and funny mishaps never were forgotten. Fly high, get that big hug from Jesus and as we ALWAYS said, "just keep swimming". Love ya girly.

I was deeply saddened by the news of Lisa's passing. My heart felt condolences to her family during these difficult times. Lisa was a coworkers of mine and truly one of the best people I have ever had the pleasure of working with and considered her a true friend! We had kept in touch after she left the company we worked together at and I was just so happy for her in her new adventure. A few years back over Thanksgiving when I was in a bind, I needed someone to watch our guinea pigs and without hesitation she offered to watch them, that's just who she was, anything to help a friend. Words cannot express my sorrow at this time. Lisa, you will be truly missed.

I dated Lisa for a few years. And I can tell you that she had a beautiful heart. When I first met her, she couldn't even get in front of people. But, as time went on, she could actually bowl. Most people might think that is nothing, but for her to get in front of people and bowl, wow, that is a great thing. Plus, do you all know why she has a middle name of Marie? Because her dad was a huge Elvis Presley fan. I will miss her. Lisa, you are in my heart.

I am so very sorry to read of your daughter/sister's death. Although I did not know her personally, she sounds like a great gal from the obituary. I remember Art and Marlene from my old neighborhood in Sidney (Art,my mailman). We just should never have to bury one of our children and so I send my prayers for your healing. May God Bless You. I am so very sorry for your loss Marlene and Art. I just read the Sidney Herald and discovered that you had a memorial service at St. Thomas. Had I known I would have been to the service. I could not find you in the Directory and I would much like to visit with you sometime. An old friend - Alice My number is 534 1921 here in Billings. So sorry
