James Bo' Taber

James 'Jim, Bo' Edward Taber passed away in Billings, Montana on Friday, December 16, 2011. He was born April 25, 1959 in Bryan, Texas. He attended Thomas Jefferson High School in Dallas, Texas. Jim is survived by his parents: Curtis and Eleanor Taber of Forestburg, Texas; brother Steve (Wendy) Taber and children Jessica and Reed; sisters: Susan (Jim) Grayson and daughter Emma, Karen (David) Russell and children Lyndsey and Sarah, Kathy (Jeff) Peterson and children Matt and Katie and great niece Kylee. Jim was a lifelong nature lover who thoroughly enjoyed his ranch work and goat herding in the mountains of Montana. He was an avid reader, history buff and animal lover. He loved his family and friends, always charming them with his wit and sense of humor. Service: The memorial will be held Wednesday, December 21 at University of Dallas in the small chapel at 2 pm, 1845 E. Northgate Dr., Irving, TX 75062. Burial to follow on Friday, December 23, in Van Horn, Texas at 1 pm. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to your charity of choice.
