Florence Smith

Florence M. Smith passed away peacefully of congestive heart failure on December 17, 2010, at RiverStone Horizon Hospice Home. She was born September 27, 1922 in Platte Center, Nebraska. She was the youngest of eight children of Mary Buzinki and Joseph Rozmus. Florence met and married Frank Smith on August 4, 1941. They had two children, Michael Smith of Manderson, WY, and James Smith of Saulk Center, MN. Florence was a Foster Grandparent for 15 years in Worland, Wyoming and at Highland School in Billings. For the last 20 years she has lived at the Pleasant View Apartments in Billings, where she made many friends, and to her last day she asked about them often. Plant a flower for her; she will be looking down and appreciate it. Florence will be remembered for her kindness, sense of humor and strong faith. Cemetery: Burial of ashes will be in Holy Cross Cemetery. Service: Memorial Services for Florence will be 12:00 noon, Tuesday, December 28 at St. Patricks Co-Cathedral.
