From Joe Harrington, Eyeries a, Beara, Co Cork. I’m so sorry for Kim Bernie and all the Harrington family on the terrible loss of Shaun It was great to meet him and Bernie in Ireland they were so delighted to come into the house where their grandmother was born. Shaun was a lovely guy so warm and generous we were blessed to meet them all Life is cruel no one knows what the future will bring. Rest in peaceShaun

I'm deeply saddened to learn of Shaun's death. He was the best guy. The best. When he asked, "How are you?" he listened to the answer. He had that contagious Harrington twin laugh, and he was always gracious when I called him Bernie before I got better at telling Shaun & Bernie apart. I'm blessed to have known him, through my children, as a stellar educator and to have gotten even better acquainted with him as an outstanding alumnus of MSU Billings (Eastern!). My heart hurts for Bernie and Kim and all Shaun's family. He made the world a far better place. Rest in peace, good man.

We - the Harrington family in Beara Co Cork were blessed to have met Shaun in July 2023 when he made the trip to Ireland to trace his ancestral roots. The first time I saw him.I was struck by the strong resemblance to our family both in looks and personality. We had a fun filled few days in his company which we will forever cherish.

I first met Shaun when we at Eastern Montana College. It was Spring, the lilacs were blooming, and I was tossing flowers down to the balcony below mine. There were a couple of men on the balcony catching the flowers, one of whom was Shaun. When I met him many years later when he transferred to Riverside MS, we had a laugh over that college night HIs laugh, ability to tell stories, and ability to work with the students, staff, and teachers was tremendous. When he left Riverside I did not see him again until I was working at the Warehouse. He will be missed by one and all. Rest Shaun and tell your stories to your family and to the SD2 faculty. I worked with Shaun at Lewis and Clark. He was the assistant principal and he was so amazing to work with.
