Kevin Michael Mullin, a devoted family man, respected professional, and an avid hunter, passed away in his home on June 3, 2025, at the age of 73. Born on April 19, 1952, in Savanna, Illinois, Kevin lived a life marked by dedication, love, and humor. He is survived by his wife, Donna (nee Johnson) Mullin; his children, Peter and Diana Mullin; his daughter-in-law, Kelly Mullin; and his cherished grandchildren, Michael Mullin, Emily Mullin, Alexandra Kasunic, and Benjamin Kasunic; siblings Dale, Pat, and Jim Mullin, and Peggy Cartwright. Preceded in death by Sons Brian and Benjamin Mullin.

Kevin, known affectionately as "Gentle Ben" by those who knew him well, earned his Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Parks College. His academic achievements laid a strong foundation for his career with the Federal Aviation Administration, where he dedicated 30 years of service. Kevin's analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail were instrumental in his work, earning him the respect and admiration of his colleagues.

Beyond his professional life, Kevin was an avid hunter and history enthusiast. He spent countless hours exploring the great outdoors, a testament to his love for nature. His passion for history was not only a hobby but a reflection of his deep appreciation for the lessons of the past. Kevin's pursuit of these interests was not solitary; he shared his knowledge and enthusiasm with his family, creating lasting memories and instilling the same passions in his children and grandchildren.

Kevin's analytical nature was balanced by his warmth and sense of humor. He was a pillar of strength for his family, offering guidance and support. His love for his family was unwavering, and he took immense pride in the accomplishments and milestones of his children and grandchildren.
