Born in Basin, Wyoming on April 18th, 1956, Bebe was a woman of remarkable character, known for her hard work, dedication, and loving nature. She was funny, outspoken, and brutally honest at times, traits that defined her strong and stubborn personality. For Bebe, family was the cornerstone of her life, a source of endless pride and joy.

Bebe’s educational journey began at Basin Elementary School and continued at Cody Highschool, where she graduated in 1974. She furthered her education at Billings Business College, earning her diploma in Executive Secretarial Studies in 1975.

She married William J. Peabody on December 16th, 1977. They had four children from this union: Heather, Holly, Chris, and Bryan.

Throughout her life she held various positions at a few banks and also worked for the Census Bureau for a short period of time, before her significant tenure at EBMS. Her professional life was marked by her long standing career there, where she dedicated 35 years, retiring just four days before her passing. Her work ethic and commitment to her roles were evident to all who worked alongside her.

Her hobbies and interests painted the picture of a vibrant life filled with joy and activity. In her younger years she enjoyed playing the piano and riding horses, earning a few trophies along the way. She had a passion for over shopping and loved to travel. She loved to cook and was especially known by her family for hosting all of the holiday dinners. She was complete when her family was all together. She adored her grandchildren and great grandchildren and was affectionately known as “GG” to them. She was a beacon of love and light, treating everyone she met as family.

She leaves behind her daughter Heather Starr and son-in-law Tracy, whom she often referred to as her “brother-son”; Daughter Holly Peabody and son-in-law Nathan; son Chris Peabody; her grandchildren Julianna, Caden, Nevaeh, Trey, Kevin, Jenessa, Mia, Terry, Yazmine, and Ariella. I had the honor and privilege of working with Bebe during my 26 year tenure at EBMS. Her knowledge and sense of humor help me quite a bit as we worked together to solve problems together. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Sending virtual hugs and prayers to her family knowing she is, as always will be, watching over them.

Mom, I'll miss that cackle of a laugh when you were really enjoying the moment. I can still hear it, even though your no longer around. It'll be hard not being able to reach out when I need some "sage" advice. With all my love.
