Robert Eugene Middleton

​Robert Eugene Middleton was born on May 30, 1964, in Greeley, Colorado, to Marvin and Carolyn (Colbert) Middleton.

​He graduated from Greeley Central High School in 1982, continuing his education in computer science and chemistry at AIMS Community College and Colorado State University. Throughout his career, Robert held positions at Monfort, DarTech, ConAgra, Loveland Industries, and Agrium Crop Production Services. He resided in Greeley and Fort Collins before relocating to Billings, Montana, in February 2010.

​A cherished son, brother, uncle, and friend, Robert was known for his vibrant spirit and remarkable ability to bring joy and laughter to those around him. He cherished being present for family gatherings and always brought his infectious, quick-witted humor with him. He was deeply loved by his parents, brothers, sister-in-law, nieces, and nephews.

​A lover of the outdoors, Robert, found immense joy in exploring the world around him. He enjoyed camping, traversing mountains, visiting the gun range, and off-roading. His passion for the outdoors was matched only by his love of travel to other countries and his enjoyment of every type of cuisine imaginable. Robert also had a keen interest in technology and loved watching and talking about his favorite Colorado sports.

​Robert is survived by his mother, Carolyn Middleton; his older brother, Mark Middleton; and his younger brother, Brian (Debby) Middleton. He also leaves behind his beloved nieces, Shandra (Cody) Foust and Kati (Brad) Deason; nephews, Brandon Middleton, Jaron Middleton, and Ryan Middleton; great-nieces, Brynn Foust and RaeLyn Deason; and great-nephew, Josiah Deason. Additionally, he is survived by a handful of aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Leo and Frances Brown, and Casper and Zelma Wolfe; his father, Marvin Middleton: his great-nephew, Elijah Deason; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
