I believe i worked in the kitchen at saint vincent hospital with jesse when he was in high school.he was always fun and made people laugh

A camping trip that he myself and our best friend John king AKA FROGE went on one summer was one of absolute legend. We missed a turn on our way to westrosebud and ended up somewhere none of the three of us had been before East rosebud. we set up camp at some hot chocolate ate some food and crashed out planning to spend the rest of the next day fishing hiking all of the normal camping things in a place we'd never been to it was so cold that night we woke up early like 4:30 in the morning and stood around the campfire trying to warm up. A conversation about spirituality creation and life begin that carried through the entire day we walked the beaten path as the trail is called we took a bath in a waterfall pretty amazing and icy cold. As our conversation carried on we all shared our own opinions and thoughts on things and they all kind of coalesced into a our own shared belief and when we returned home from that trip I came home and checked the newspaper and the cover of the city state section of the newspaper was an overhead photograph of East rosebud where we had just camped with the title "God's country" across the top.

One morning while at his house on the north side we were enjoying a bowl of cereal or as he called it Sh****O's wich was just what he called the off brand version of your cereal of choice. One of his cats became entranced by my floral shirt moving in the sun light , we both paused to watch the cat and as i straightened my collar the cat did a backflip off the table leading with one foot on cytus's bowl dumping the contents on top of his head along with the bowl like a hat. I don't know if him and I ever laughed harder.

You and Jim had such a beautiful family, and I loved watching your kids grow up along with my kids. My heart aches for you at the death of your wonderful Jessie. I hope all of your great memories will bring you comfort and joy. I am sending you my thoughts and prayers. Patty O. Murphy
