Sharen Lee Cobetto (Brown), a woman defined by her kindness and unwavering faith, passed away on April 17th, 2026. Born on September 25, 1941, in Red Lodge, MT, Sharen was the eldest of nine children born to John and Leona Brown.
Sharen’s life was a beautiful testament to enduring love. She married Joel David Cobetto on May 23rd, 1960 and together they built a life centered on family and devotion. As a homemaker, Sharen created a sanctuary of warmth and comfort for her family: son Christopher and wife Sarah, son David and wife Mila (grandchildren: Mark and Anthony and great grandchildren Aria and Wyatt), daughter Amy Queen (grandchildren: Cody, Danika and Max) and daughter Eva Urlacher.
Her home was often filled with the comforting aroma of her baking. Sharen was an accomplished baker, known for sharing her heart through her kitchen, ensuring that no one ever left her company without feeling nourished in both body and spirit.
Her life was guided by a profound and steady faith that informed her every interaction. She was baptized as a Jehovah’s Witness on May 19th, 1971. She possessed a rare kind of gentleness and a love for Bible teachings.
Sharen’s memory will live on in the recipes she shared, the family she nurtured, and the countless small acts of kindness that defined her. She will be deeply missed but forever remembered for her generous heart.
Sharen was preceded in death by her parents John and Leona Brown and siblings, Tom, Jeff and Jody. She is survived by brother Doug Brown of Red Lodge, Sisters: Judy Fischer of Laurel, Victoria Wick of Bellingham, Jona Moss of Billings, and Becky Libert of Seattle as well as numerous nephews and neices.

In keeping with Sharen’s humble nature and her specific wishes, no formal funeral or memorial services will be held. Sharen spent her life finding joy in the simple things especially the company of those she loved.
