Marjorie Brown

Marjorie Elton Brown was born on a cold wintry day in Kalispell, MT February 27, 1922. She grew up in the Bigfork, MT, Flathead and Swan Lake area. During WWII she met and fell in love with George Brown in Seattle, WA where he was discharged from the Navy. and they were married in Little Rock, Arkansas after he graduated from Barber School. They raised two daughters, Donna Sullivan (Lloyd) of Powell, WY and Caleen Hood (Dave) of Calgary, Alberta, Canada. She had 9 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. George proceeded her in death on November 2, 2013. Marjorie and George were very active in their church, Clydehurst Christian Ranch and also volunteered many years at the Billings Clinic. She loved the Lord Jesus Christ as her Savior and was received into His arms at the age of 104 on May 22, 2026. A service at the Veteran's Cemetery will be held later this summer.
