Jonas James Jeffery left this earth on Thursday June 18, 2026, at Nelson Reservoir leaving behind a large community of family and friends.
Born October 29, 1985, in Helena, Montana at St. Peter's Hospital. Living his life throughout the continental United States, Jonas built relationships over the love of food, music, nature, and stories woven together by years and time shared with those who loved him most.
When not building up his community, he could be found across the state of Montana either fishing or rock hounding embracing the state's natural wonders.
He is survived by his mother Elizabeth and two brothers Andrew and Adam.
Jonas's loyalty will not be soon forgotten. He was an anchor for the friends whom he cared about deeply and that care was reciprocated tenfold.
Services will be at Dahl Funeral Chapel at 11:00 am on July 17, 2026.
