Mary Sammons

Mary June Sammons passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, after a long and courageous battle with Muscular Dystrophy. Mary married the love of her life, Derrick, and together they raised five children: Jessica, Tori, Cody, Mckayla, and Jordan.

She is survived by her husband, Derrick; daughters Jessica, Tori, and Mckayla; sons Cody and Jordan; her father Brad; mother Donna; sisters Holly and Christine; brother Robbie; many nieces and nephews; and her cherished grandchildren.

Mary found joy in the simple things in life. She loved fishing, camping, spending time outdoors, and expressing her creativity through crafting. She treasured every moment spent with her family — especially her grandchildren, who brought her endless happiness.

Mary also carried a deep love for her dog Bella, Bella was her loyal companion for many years, and the bond they shared brought Mary comfort,
laughter, and companionship. Remembering Bella is remembering a piece of Mary’s heart.

Though she will be deeply missed, Mary will be forever loved and remembered.
