Clarence Clark

Clarence “Ted” Clark, 83, died Monday, August 19, 2013 at Valley Health Care Center. He was born February 28, 1930 in Mt. Carmel, Illinois, the son of Lloyd and Mabel Clark. He was one of twelve children. His sister, Vera June (John) Williams of Princeton, Indiana is the last of the 12. Ted married Mary Corrie in 1951 and they had two sons, Jeffrey and Robin Clark of Reno, Nevada. There are two grandsons, Travis and Jarad and twin granddaughters Pam and Chris. On June 12, 1989 Ted married Patricia Burns in Chinle, Arizona. There were two step-children from this marriage, Bruce Burns and Sandra Burns (deceased), three grandchildren, Amber, Tremayne and Leisha. His group of “lady walkers” accepted him as one of the group and he loved each one. He was loved by his family and especially by his wife Pat of 24 years. Service: Memorial Services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, August 22 at First Presbyterian Church, 13th and Poly.
