Obituary
Robin Colburn, 56, of Shepherd, Mont., flew into heaven Friday, March 15, at St. Vincent's in Billings. She was born in Oakland, Calif., Sept. 6, 1956. A 1974 graduate of Woodside High in Redwood City, Calif., she married Stephen Colburn on March 24, 1979. After moving with her husband to North Bend, Wash., in 1979, she had one child, son Gregory, born in January 1980. She and her family moved to Billings in 1989, where she worked for Billings Auto Auction till 2004. Robin then worked for Edward Jones investments till her illness in February this year. She loved the outdoors, whether camping in the mountains, floating a river or just on her deck with her husband, dog and her winged friends, she was truly our “Bird Lady.” She is survived by her husband Steve; son Gregory and daughter-in-law Lauren Colburn of Carnation, Wash.; mother and father James and Patricia Sirois of Billings; and sisters Karel Davis and Michele O'Malley of Daly City, Calif. Service: Memorial will be at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 19, at Dahl Funeral Chapel.

We just were notified of Robin's passing and are shocked and saddened. We knew her through Edward Jones and always looked forward to hearing her on the phone or talking with her in person. We extend our deepest sympathy to her family. She was an extremely nice person and will be missed. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.
