Dear Linda, Gayle, Karen and Scott, Thinking of you, and of Aunt Lila. Some of my best memories are of the times we spent visiting you in Billings, both when we were younger (playing baseball and football in the pasture, along with your dog Coco, and the visit to the State Fair); being able to spend time with Aunt Lila when she lived in Las Vegas; and more recently, when we were able to attend Scott's wedding, and the last drive to Billings when our Mom's had a chance to visit. Through all those years, your Mom was so full of joy and life, fun and independence. That is my lasting image of her, and how we will always remember her. She was a remarkable person, and we were blessed to be part of her life and her extended family. Please know we're thinking of you, and of Aunt Lila, with love and fond memories. Love, Mike and Terri LaPointe

We were saddened to hear of Lila's passing. Lila has always had a warm place in our hearts. When her family lived in Casper, they frequently visited us on the ranch. Lorna was close to the age of our brother Bill. The two of them would run off to ride our horse or play somewhere and leave us behind. But Lila always took the time to notice us and play with us. We thought she was REALLY NICE! We haven't had much contact with her through our adult years, but we are grateful that in 2005 we were able to visit her in her home, and then have her accompany us to visit the old home on Ave. H. Our Hearts are with you . Cousins, Carl Steinle, Betty Steinle Slagle
