Obituary
Our Mom, Grandma passed away peacefully to be with God on March 21, 2012. Mom was born in Chicago, Illinois November 21, 1922 to Elsie Bush and William Felgenhauer. She received a BA from Northwestern University and was a beloved math teacher for many years. She married the love of her life Gerald Fonner on December 28, 1946. She is survived by her son Bill (Alexis) (Abington, PA), grandchildren Eric and Megan; son Michael (Leslie) (Washington, VT), grandchildren Zach (fiancé Ginny), Jessica (Sean) and Sophie, and daughter Jerri (Donn Vorisek) (Billings, MT) and grandchild Lydia. Mom will be joyfully greeted by Gerald, her Dad, Mom, Sadie, Barbara, Eva and brothers Leroy (Alma) and Bill Jr. Mom- may your bacon always be crisp and your dessert be delicious. Thank you to Jensen Cottage, her family of 2 ½ years. In lieu of flowers, please read a story to a child and smile at a stranger. Monetary gifts can be sent to Rocky Mountain Hospice or a charity of one's choice. You will forever be in our hearts. Thanks for being the best teacher, Mom and Grammie ever! Jerri and family; I was saddened to hear of the passing of your mother. Though I did not have the privilege of meeting her, I feel I can have some sort of understanding of what an incredible person she had to have been. I base this on the stories you shared with us and feel certain that she dedicated her time mothering you in such a fashion that we, as a society, would only have gain from your kindness. Please know those close to you have learned a valuable lesson in how you loved and cared for your mother to the utmost until the end. You and yours are in our thoughts, TaraLee
