Marcella Giorno

On December 31st 2013, Sally Giorno passed away, peacefully at the Tender Nest, Billings, where she has resided for the past year. She was born on December 17, 1929, in Ellsworth Minnesota, to Charles and Sena Henrichs. She was the 5th born of 10 children. In 1955 she married Les Martin and through this union had 3 children Jeff, Jennifer and Jackie. Sally was a successful Real Estate Broker in Billings for several years. She had a passion for duplicate bridge and was very proud when she became a life master. She made many lifelong friends at the bridge table. In 1981 she married Al Giorno and was blessed with many of the happiest years of her life. Al passed away in 1996. On October 18, 2013, her great grand daughter, Bailee Vossler was born. Being with Bailee and her brother blaze was the highlight of her life. Sally is survived by her children: Jeff Martin, Jackie (Craig) Rose, and Jennifer Vossler, all of Billings; grandchildren: Jason (Leesa) Vossler, Taylor Rose and Tad Rose; great-grandchildren, Blaze and Baylee Vossler. She was preceded in death by her parents, 4 of her brothers and her wonderful husband Al. She has gone to be with the lord whom she knew and loved. Mom, gram, we will all deeply miss you. Celebration of her life will be at a later date to give out of state guests a chance to attend.
