Helena Heider

Helena was a special person, and had a smile that reflected a peaceful soul and warm heart. I was blessed to know her, and will carry her advice on gardening with me always.

Helena was a special lady and I'm glad that she had a long and happy life too. Animal Welfare League was one of the non-profits she helped when she could over the years. I'm sorry for her families loss. Vicki for AWL

From 1969 until 1986, our family lived in the house just west of Helen's. What a wonderful neighbor she was! When my son, Kip was born in September, 1969, Helen came right over with a gift to admire him. He joined Kathy then 3. From that time on, Helen never forgot a birthday or a Christmas when she usually brought home made goodies! She was delightful, always keeping busy in her yard. My then husband and I visited at her little home shortly before she went to live at the nursing home and the first thing she asked is, "How's Kip?" What a memory; and we were impressed with the crossword puzzles she still worked on! It was a pleasure to have known her. I live in Helena, MT now and will not be able to attend her memorial service. You have my sincere sympathy at her death. Please celebrate her gracious life. Myrt White
