Tyler Jones

Tyler Ray Jones, 24, of Billings, died January 1, 2017. He was born May 31, 1992 in Cody, Wyoming, the son of Del Ray Jones and Elizabeth Loewen. He worked as a welder and in carpentry. Tyler was adamant about blood donations and was a donor himself. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends and no one knew what he was going to do next. He spent a lot of his free time fishing, hiking and camping, and especially loved his campfire! The mountains were a special place for him, where he spent a lot of time with his friends. His family held a special place in his heart, along with many of his friends, who also were his family. He is survived by his parents, Del Ray and stepmom Lena Jones, Beth and stepdad Scott Kutt; sisters Amy Jones, Kayla Jones; brother and best friend Jason Jones; stepsisters Kim and Kassie Kutt; grandparents Jeanine Jones of Gillette, WY, Bonnie Derenburger of Miles City. He loved his nieces and nephews, Lazada, Braeden, Johnathan and newest Bianca. His first introduction to them was to wrap them in his arms, lay down on the couch and either take a nap or play with them. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Paul Jones and Dale Loewen and his Aunt Glendine.
