Obituary
Surrounded by her family, Deborah left us to be with our loving God on May 1, 2016. Deborah was born to Ruben Bargas and Viola Lucero on July 9, 1952 in Billings, MT. She was raised by her father & grandparents, Alfonsa & Salvador Bargas. She was a member of St. Patrick Co-Cathedral & Women of the Moose. She lived with the Sinsinawa Dominican Sisters, where she served as an apostolic volunteer for 3 years. Deborah loved to cook special meals for her family & friends. Her main ingredient was love. Grandma Debbie loved her grandsons. They brought her joy, laughter, and endless smiles. She gave her gift of self to many and was able to find the good in people. She asks that we all continue to experience her gift & joy by sharing the same unconditional love she felt for each of us with one another. Deborah is survived by her sons, Alejandro (Bonnie), Silviano (Chelsea), and Salvador, of Billings; brothers, Ruben (Bettie), Jon, & James of Billings, Geary (Beverly) of Conrad, & Miguel of WA; sister Gloria of WA, her good friend Wendy Labrie, and her five grandsons, Ollie, Max, Bentyn, Adrian & Karver. Her many nieces and nephews molded a special place in her heart, as she did in theirs. Deborah was preceded in death by her grandparents, Alfonsa & Salvador, father, Ruben, mother, Viola, sister, Maria, nephew, San Juan, & sister-in-law, Vicki. Memorial Mass will be at 12:00 pm on Friday, May 6 at St. Patrick Co-Cathedral. The family would like to send a special thank you to RiverStone Hospice House for taking such good care of Deborah.
