Geraldine Kozeluh

At the age of 81, Geraldine Kozeluh passed away Tuesday, February 8, 2011 at Billings Health and Rehab. She was born August 2, 1929 in Pompeys Pillar, the daughter of Anton and Matilda (Halla) Kozeluh. She grew up on the ranch on Fly Creek, near Pompeys Pillar. She attended the rural Anita School and then Fratt School in Billings. Geraldine worked at City Drug, Woolworths, Wong Village, but most will remember her many years at the Windmill. Geraldine lived most of her life in Billings, except for some time in the 70s when she lived in Florida near family. She lived on her own until 2006. She was a member of Little Flower Church, St. Patricks Co-Cathedral, was in a prayer group, and a volunteer at St. Vincent Healthcare. Geraldine was preceded in death by her parents; sisters Georgia, Helen, Mildred and Evelyn; brother Paul. She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews. She really enjoyed the staff, care and relationships she formed at Billings Health she made many friends there. Memorials: Donations may be made to St. Vincent DePaul, 2610 Montana Ave., Billings, MT 59101 or a charity of ones choice. Cemetery: Committal will be in Pleasantview Cemetery in Ballantine. Visitation: Viewing will be 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday. Service: Rosary recited at 10:30 a.m. for those who wish to attend, followed by a Funeral Service 11 a.m. Friday, February 11, at Dahl Funeral Chapel.
