Clifford Larson

Clifford Maynard Larson was born in Glenfield, ND to Walter & Anita Larson. At age fifteen, he left home, and eventually North Dakota, where he continued his love of ranching in surrounding towns of Montana, including Fishtail, Miles City, Ryegate, & Worden; ultimately residing in Billings. Cliff was an accomplished rancher and savvy businessman, owning several area properties. He enjoyed frequent visits to oversee his cattle, and had a daily ritual of playing a hand of poker. Many would describe him as a charming, free spirit with a generous heart. He truly defined the definition of unique. Cliff cherished life, and was incredibly grateful for his beloved family. He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Gloria; daughter, Linda Larson Dahlman (Bob); daughter, Gina Garza Schlecht (Tim); son, Jerry Larson; daughter, Anita Larson; Grandchildren; Luke Bracco, Carson Dahlman, Matthew & Danny Whitby, Cassidy & Kelsey Larson, Chris Gonzales Jr.; Siblings; Virgil, Ronald, Lyndon, Colleen; his loyal canine companion, “dingleweed”; and many other adored family members. Service: Funeral Services will be held at Wicks Lane Baptist Church, 1605 Bench Blvd., on Mon., April 16, 2012 at 2 pm. Interment: Sunset Memorial Gardens; Reception following interment.
