Kathleen Martinez

Kathy Feist Martinez died unexpectedly in Billings on August, 20, 2013 due to complications related to her diabetes. Kathy was born August 12, 1957 in Cutbank, MT and resided in Billings and Great Falls her adult life. Her companion, in recent years, was her dog, Molly. In spite of a diagnosis of juvenile diabetes in her senior year of high school that required an extended absence, she earned the honor of co-salutatorian. In the late 80's she graduated with honors from the College of Great Falls as a paralegal. In recent years Kathy was employed by Albertson's on 27th in Billings where she was working at the time of her death. Kathy is survived by her mother, Bernie Feist of Great Falls, MT; sisters, Danette Curry of Hot Springs, MT, Deanna Curtiss (Ed) of Glendive, MT, Laurie Mathis (Mike) of Zellwood, FL, Patty Feist of Pueblo, CO and Debbie May (Tony) of Missoula, MT; brother, Don Feist (Meg) of Plains, MT; grandson, James Reynolds of Oklahoma City, OK; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her loving daughter, Kristi Rogers Reynolds; father, Daniel Feist; and sister, Carol Feist Asbury. Service: The family will have a private celebration of Kathy's life at a later date.
