Obituary
Robert DuWayne Beebe, 72, of Billings, passed away January 27, 2018 in Parkview Care Center. He was born September 2, 1945 in Livingston, Montana, the son of Earl and Ruth (Spencer) Beebe. He grew up in Sedan, MT. Bob served our country in Vietnam, where he earned a Purple Heart for his valor. 50 years later he was diagnosed with cancer from the Agent Orange. He was a long time over the road truck driver and drove for companies out of Montana, Washington and Michigan with over 7 million miles logged in with no accidents. He shared his knowledge by facilitating CDL education for Sage Trucking, where he was still employed at his passing. He enjoyed bowling with his family and friends. Bob was an avid fisherman and spent many days at Canyon Ferry, Bridger Creek Trail and Hyalite Canyon. Robert is survived by daughters, Melissa Beebe (John Swift) and Melinda Beebe; two grandchildren Hayden Walker (Caleb) and Austin Nollen; stepmother Valerie Beebe; half-brother Brian Beebe; and numerous cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents and numerous aunts and uncles. Visitation for Bob will be Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Monday 9-5. Dear Beebe family! I see here Bob has been gone a couple years, I watched the interview from the Billings Gazette and just wanted to reach out and say thank you to Bob and his family for the sacrifices you all went through for our freedom!! Bob was the ultimate bad ass!! His story is amazing and I respect him dearly for what he did and went through so we can all be free! Thank you Mr. Beebe rest in peace sir!!
