Obituary
At the age of 94, Quentin Newton of Joliet went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday, March 29, 2014. Quentin Roosevelt Newton was born on the family farm near Edgar November 23, 1919 to Rolla Leroy (Roy) and Daisy Edna (Wight) Newton. He received his education in Edgar and spent his life caring for the land he was born on. On December 4, 1954 he was married to Ida Junkert Neuhardt and they lived on the family farm south of Rockvale, Montana with their children Cindy and Dennis. He spent his life farming and caring for the family homestead. Quentin is survived by his children Cindy (Larry) Graber and Dennis (Marlene) Newton of Joliet and Sol Neuhardt of Billings and six grandchildren. Visitation for Quentin will be on Tuesday at Dahl Funeral Chapel in Billings from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and continued at the Joliet Wesleyan Church from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Funeral service for Quentin will be at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at the Joliet Wesleyan Church. Interment will be at the Rockvale Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Joliet Wesleyan Church, Gideons International, the Edgar or Joliet Volunteer Fire Departments. Arrangements are in the care of Dahl Funeral Chapel and memories may be shared with the family at www.dahlfuneralchapel.com.

What a wonderful full life Quentin lived and now he joins your mom free from pain in a better place! I'm so glad we were able to visit him over the past few years. My boys enjoyed his teasing and great sense of humor. I'm so sorry we were not able to make it down but will see you in a few months. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time.
