Dianne Oksendahl

Dianne Wahl Oksendahl, 58, passed away March 1, 2019. She was born January 21, 1961, in Billings, MT, the daughter of R.O. and Peggy Wahl. She valued continued education and managed to advance her degrees while raising a family. She earned a BA in Organizational Communication and LPN-RN degree from MSU-B. Dianne was very devoted to her children and grandchildren and loved spending time with them. She enjoyed her time in Faith Chapel's Women's Ministry and found comfort in their continued support during her short battle with cancer. She was an active animal trapper and rescuer/reuniter through Lost and Found Pets of Billings. Her love of animals and humanitarian spirit was evident to any that knew her. Dianne loved to gift others and see their joy, all without expecting anything in return. Her hobbies included interior design, organizing, photography, designing memory albums, drawing and sewing. Survivors include her soulmate/husband of 40 yrs, Harold J Oksendahl; daughters, Amy (Tony) Morgan of Westminster, CO and Kaylin Oksendahl of the family home; son, David Oksendahl of Wolf Point, MT; her mother, Mildred "Peggy" Wahl, of Billings; brothers, Gary Frasier, Roy (Bernie) Wahl & Carl Wahl, all of Billings; granddaughters, Theodora Oksendahl, of Billings, Amelia & Claire Morgan, of Westminster, CO; grandson, Jack Oksendahl, of Wolf Point; aunt, Patricia Doemland of Seattle, WA; Pete and Mary Everingham, of Havre, MT; cousins, Katie Doemland, Anna Doemland (Pete) Faraday, Ben Everingham, all of Seattle; Rob Everingham, of Havre; Eric (Elaine) Oksendahl; Peter (Nola) Oksendahl, both of Port Orchard, WA; Andy (Julie) Oksendahl, of Carthage, NC; Mark (Holly) Oksendahl, of Centennial, CO; Matt (Shelly) Oksendahl; Mary (Bob) Winger, both of Billings; Paul Oksendahl, of San Francisco, CA; Lisa Angel; Kris (Randy) Zielke, of Renton, WA; 23 nieces and nephews; numerous great niece and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, R.O. Wahl; brothers, Kevin Frasier & John Wahl; sister, Eleanor Wahl; her paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Carl Wahl; and her maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. E.R. Everingham. Memorial service will be held 11:00 am, Saturday, March 30, 2019 at Faith Chapel. Cremation has taken place. Donations in lieu of flowers can be made to Rimrock Humane Society, P.O.
