Obituary

Vincent James Ottolino, 95, passed away Tuesday, September 11, 2012 at St. Vincent Healthcare in Billings, Montana. He was born August 8, 1917 in Billings, the son of Michael and Rapheal (DiLulo) Ottolino. He was the oldest of six children, brother to five sisters. After graduating from Billings High School, he enlisted in the US Army. He served our country during World War II and was honorably discharged in 1946. Vincent worked for MDU and retired after 35 years of service. Vincent had a passion for horse racing and in his younger years was a handicapper. He liked gardening, prospecting for gold and treasure hunting. Vincent is survived by sisters, Grace, Margaret and Anne Marie. He was preceded in death by his wife Alma and sisters Mary Ellen and Rosie. A graveside service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 14 at Yellowstone County Veterans Cemetery in Laurel with military honors. Arrangements are in the care of Dahl Funeral Chapel and memories may be shared with the family at www.dahlfuneralchapel

To the family of Vince, I always enjoyed visiting with Vince when I was campaigning for the legislature. We had some interesting conversations. He always let me put a sign in his yard. He will be missed. All the best to the family and friends. God bless Roy Brown
