My sincere condolences to Jan and Bill's family. Bill was a true cowboy in every since of the word. My best memory of him was teaching me to team rope better at a roping school back in the early 1990s. Prayers of comfort and peace for his family. Naomi Carpenter Smith Del Rio Texas USA

It is hard to imagine not being able to hear Bill laugh again. I have known "Wild Bill", (what I always called him), since we were in Jr. High School. I didn't see Bill as often as I did when we were younger. But when ever I did see him we would share a couple of stories. Bill always had warm greetings before we started swapping stories. I'm going to miss seeing Bill. My deepest condolences to Bill's wife Jann, his parents, Dick & Millie, and his brother, Doyle, and also Bill's extended family. HAPPY TRAILS TO YOU " WILD BILL" & MAY YOU REST IN PEACE....

Remembering a wonderful western man and a good cowboy, Bill Parker. He has done a lot for us and the horse industry. We thank him. Off into the sunset see him go Ride Cowboy Ride Check out that Western sky, see that dust blow He is that flashing light, riding hard into the evening night. Catch sight of his rope spinning in a cloud of dust He's got him now-roped and tied Now he's gone on with another roper by his side. Don't stand around his grave and cry, He is not there, he did not die Ride Cowboy Ride Our sincere sympathy to his family. Sherry and Bob McIlhattan

I would like to pass on my condolences to Jan and Bills family. Will always remember his talents in making the NFR in calf roping, especially by riding so many different horses. Jack Billingsley

To Jann and all of the Parker family I wish to convey heartfelt condolences in the passing of Bill. My prayer for all is that the comfort of family, friends and great memories along with the comfort that only God can provide for us will help strengthen each of you today and days to come. Bill truly lived the thought of " paying it forward", as I reflect back on all the times that Bill had bought lunch, put horses up overnight for me or helped me out of a jam that I would get myself into. Our lives are blessed in many ways and I count my friendship with Bill as one of those blessings and privileges. Via Con Dios Cowboy. Mark Bishop family.
