Obituary
Philip Daniel Perkins went home to be with the Lord on February 21, 2013. Phil was born in Billings to Lloyd and Madeline Perkins. He attended school in Custer, graduating from high school in 1975. He had a Masters of Divinity from Western Conservative Baptist Seminary in Portland, and a BA in Psychology from MSU in Bozeman. On September 18, 1999, Phil married Diana Kukes and gained a stepson and a stepdaughter. They lived in Billings until December of 2013, when they moved to Shepherd. Phil was currently employed as a Technical Advisor for Howden North America. Past jobs included being a union millwright, plus being self employed as a machinist, welder and painter. Most important in life to Phil, was his love for the Lord first, and his wife, stepchildren and granddaughter. Phil's leaving his family has left a huge hole in their lives. Phil is survived by his wife, Diana, his stepson Casey, his granddaughter Rosie, his dad Lloyd (Mary) Perkins, his brother David (Sherry) and their children Nathaniel, Angela and Brianna. He was preceded in death by his mother Madeline, his brother Byron and his stepdaughter Nina Klein. Services are being held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at Dahl Funeral Chapel with reception to follow. Memorials can be made to a charity of one's choice.

My sincere condolences to Phils family. We were fortunate to have met and worked with Phil in 2013 when he came to the Amos plant to help us with our fans, we felt like we had made a lifelong friend in Phil and will miss his friendship and expertise.

My deepest condolences to Phil's family. I had the honor and privilege to work with Phil last year on one of our fans at John Amos Plant in WV. Our conversations usually started with the fan, and ended with his love for the lord and his family. Phil was a friend to all that worked with him here, and he will be truly missed.
