Donna Bermes

Donna Mae Bermes, 90, of Molt, passed away February 28, 2018 in Billings, Montana. She was born October 31, 1927 in Billings, the daughter of John and Dorothy (Skoog) Schultz. On December 3, 1945 she was united in marriage to Ervin “Ert” Bermes. They spent the next fifty-three years together on their farm in Molt, while raising their five children. Donna was proud of being a part of the Molt community. Together they enjoyed dancing and were members of the Moose Lodge and the Big Sky Polka Club. Donna enjoyed reading and sewing baby blankets. She was strong in her faith and was a long time member of St. Thomas the Apostle Church. Donna is survived by her children, Barb and Larry Adams of Billings, Ken and Connie Bermes of Rapelje, Karen and Mike McCord of Molt; 16 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and four sisters. She was preceded in death by her husband Ert; daughters Beverly Swanson and Erlene Schmidt; two sisters; four brothers; one grandson Nathan Swanson. Funeral Services will be held 10:00 am Wednesday, March 7 at St. Thomas the Apostle Church with committal in Mountview Cemetery.
