Mary was like a mother to so many of us young boys growing up working for she and Bill on the ranch. Just thinking back to what she did for all of us boys, cooking, cleaning, washing our clothes. I know Babe and Sis did a lot too, but Mary was always there doing for Bill and his crew of ranch hands. Remembering as well as I can all who stayed and worked at so many different times in those years: Lonnie, myself, Vic Larsen, Duane Hergenrider, Arie Stam, Buck King, Carl Black, Nick Lecknick, Arnie Lohman, Jerry Boggio, Chuck Padgett, Buzz, and then Bill would pick up a hitch hiker off the highway for a few days of work before he moved on his way. Mary was a jewel. She worked hard for her family and it was very very large at times. Love you, Mary Mom. God Bless your family at this time and always. .... Jack Tuell

Please accept my sincere condolences for the loss of your dear mother, Mary. There is no worse pain than losing a loved one to death. Many have found comfort in this Bible verse; Isaiah 25:8 which says, that God "will swallow up death forever..and will wipe away the tears from all faces." The Bible also says that God "will wipe out every tear from our eyes and death will be no more, neither mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore."(Rev. 21:3, 4). What a wonderful time to look forward to when we will never have to deal with death again! May you find comfort in these thoughts along with other scriptural thoughts found @ jw.org
