Dwayne Scott

Dwayne J. (Scotty) Scott, 87, passed away on November 7, 2015 at his home. He was born in Bismarck, ND on March 30, 1928 to John M. & Merle Scott. His favorite pastime was traveling in his motor home with the Good Sam's Club. He was a charter member of Pryor Creek Golf Course. Many Saturdays he spent teaching bowling to Junior Bowlers. He was proud to be a Navy WWII Vet stationed on the USS St Paul. He was a lifetime member of the Knights of Columbus where he served as Grand Knight and 4th Degree Member. He is preceded in death by his first wife Dorothy and his second wife Gladys Kirby, his parents and one sister (June). Scotty is survived by his sons John (Margaret) and Richard, his daughters Debra (Rick) and Julie (Jeff) and their families. Also surviving him are his brothers Darryl (Judy), Bill (Linda), Tom (Margie), and sister Marlene; Grandchildren and great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place and family services will be held at a later date. Because of Scott/s love of animals, memorials may be made in his name to Yellowstone Valley Animal Shelter.
