Obituary
Charles “Todd” Edwin Shandy, 80, passed away peacefully at Billings Health and Rehab, in Billings, Montana on January 5, 2014. Charles was born in Boyd, Montana to Charles E. Shandy and Anita L. (Partch) Shandy. Growing up in Carbon County, Charles graduated from Roberts High School. He joined the Marines, and served in Korea. Charles worked as a TV repairman, in car sales, and worked as a truck driver. He loved to restore old classic cars, woodworking, travelling, and sight-seeing. Charles was preceded in death by his parents; daughter Sheri Miller; siblings Lucille Morrison and Lester Shandy; and grandson Josh Lesnet. Charles is survived by his daughters Kathleen Shandy, Jeanie Darling, Billie Miller, Christine Flanigan, and Cheryl Rickard; sons Todd Shandy, David Shandy, and Jack Shandy; brother Robert Shandy; and 30 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Service: Services are 11 a.m., Monday, January 20, 2014 at Dahl Funeral Chapel.
