Obituary
Lorna Lee Edwards Stutz, 61, of Billings, MT, died Dec. 23, 2016 unexpectedly. She was born to the late Drew Edwards and the late Irene Bennett Edwards, July 16, 1955 in Provo, UT. Lorna graduated from Pleasant Grove High School in 1973. After having her 5 sons, Lorna married Joe and moved to Montana in 1989 and together they finished raising their children. Lorna enjoyed collecting antiques, dancing with her girlfriends and spending time with her children and grandchildren, whom she loved very much. Lorna always enjoyed a good joke and could make everyone laugh. She dedicated her life to working with individuals with special needs and was just a couple years shy of retiring. Lorna was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Survived by her husband, Joseph Lanny Stutz, her sons; Joshua (Kristy) Edwards; Jacob Edwards; Kasey (Susan) Draper; Korey (Annie) Johnson; and Luke (Ashlee) Johnson. Her step-children, David (Susan) Stutz; Karla (Brian) Toomer; Robert (Christy) Stutz; Shari (Dan) Strachan. 34 grandchildren and her siblings Vee (Ruanda) Edwards; Ronda (Allen) Amacher; Parleen Autry; Rachel (Mike) Gordon; Phillip (Sheila) Edwards; ZoeAnn (Todd) Holton. She is preceded in death by her granddaughter, Taeler; her parents; her Grandparents; and her siblings Cindy, Bennett and Si Edwards. Viewing will begin at 10:00am prior to the Funeral service at 1:00 pm Saturday December 31, 2016 at Dahl Funeral Chapel. Lorna will be laid to rest in Utah in the Orem City Cemetery.

I remember staying over night at my cousin's house in Pleasant Grove and also Lorna staying overnight with us in Orem. Although I had not seen her in several years, I was happy to friend her recently on Facebook and enjoyed her sense of humor. I am deeply saddened. Love to her family and friends.

I remember telling a certain person to behave or he'll have to sit with Lorna the rest of the day. He would instantly become a very well-behaved young man! Haha! I always appreciated her bluntness and her soft, kind heart. And I will miss her dearly.

I am so sorry for families loss! Lorna and Joe were like my boys second parents and I felt the same way about their boys too! My heart is hurting for your family so much right now. Lorna was had a very kind heart and a beautiful soul who took care of everyone! RIP Lorna until we meet again!

Oh the places we will go! From our early days of horseback riding, bikes, swimming in the reservoir, milking the cow or just wandering down the dirt road to dragging main and hanging at the Hi Spot on to summers working at the carnival throughout high school. The memories we shared are overwhelming, a few tears but mostly laughter. You will be missed, I love you Rejoice with Nancy and I will see you both under the Potawatomi Tree
