Ralane Teesdale

Ralane Kae Teesdale traded her wheelchair for a pair of sparkly wings and a halo on Thursday, September 23rd, 2010. She was 37. Tonya, Nanny, Ryanne and Dot were by her side as she flew off to heaven. She was met at the gates by her sister Robbyn Leanne, her papa Ed Gerrells, grandpa Bob Teesdale, aunt Susie, cousins Brad and Serina and her dear friend, Danyel.Ralane had a close family and a circle of people who cared about her. She is survived by her mother Dot, her dad Roger, her sister Raquel and her children Maezie, David and Travus and her sister Ryanne, her special granny Stasia, her grandma Maxie, her best friend Nanny, along with many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She is also survived by Cindy, her roommates, and staff at the Lake Elmo Group Home where Ralane had a ladybug room for the last eighteen months, Carol from COR, and Jan and staff at BTI.Ralane loved the NBA and all kinds of animals, her most recent canine friend being Rozzi the dog. She loved tea parties, Nintendo, cucumbers from the garden and camping with family and friends.We will remember Ralane and we will laugh as she had a great sense of humor and is well known for telling it like it is. Ralane was special and she had people. In her memory, always take the time to be kind to those who are mentally and physically challenged as they too have hopes and dreams.
