Obituary
Stephen L. Toth passed away at home on Wednesday, February 13, 2019 after a lengthy battle with pancreatic cancer. He was born January 19, 1958 to John and Elizabeth (Lichtsteiner) Toth in Red Bluff, California. Stephen was educated in California and Oregon and retired from a 30-year career with the Bureau of Land Management as a land surveyor. He was active in the Beartooth Beemers and the Yellowstone Rifle Club. He was married to Carla Cornwall on December 26, 2003 at their home in Billings. There will be a celebration of Stephen's life on Saturday, March 2, 2019 at 11:00 am at Dahl Funeral Chapel. In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to Carbon County 4H Shooting Club, the Billings Lion's Club Youth Camp or the Fergus County Recreation Association (Camp Maiden).

I worked with Steve from his "Day 1" at Cadastral Survey (BLM) in Billings and for several years spent many wonderful times getting together with him & other co-workers -- eating together, etc. I was the Adminstrative Assistant (working with Verna) and did Steve's travel and all related paperwork with his job. He was always such a neat and caring guy to all his co-workers -- also a talented Surveyor. So sorry to hear about Steve -- my heart breaks! Marilyn Gruenig

May the God of Tender Mercies (2 Corinthians 1:3,4) comfort family and friends of Stephen. When the last enemy death (1 Corinthians 15:26) strikes grief may be great. God Almighty gives HOPE and PROMISE. All those in the memorial tombs will hear Jesus’ voice and COME OUT (John 5: 28,29). God will wipe OUT every tear from their eyes and Death will be NO MORE. Revelation 21:4. Please accept my sincere condolences.

Carla & Family, Our hearts,are filled with sorrow in learning of Stephen's passing. He fought a good fight, & his memory, & compassion will live on in all of us. Bob, Richie, & I have been truly blest to have known such a wonderful man. God Bless all of you during this difficult time.
