Delores Tull

Delores “Faye” Tull, of Roundup, passed away in Billings, Friday July 21, 2017, surrounded by family and friends. Faye was born April 10, 1943, to Nina and Garland Rhoades in Sneeds Ferry, NC. She married at 16 years old, to Jerry Burdette, and 3 children, Carl, Terry Lynn, and Mark, were born to this union. Later, she married Blaine Tull, September 3, 1983, and made Roundup, MT her home. Upon her vows, her words were “Obey is out of the marriage vows, in return I won't serve you on plastic ware or feed you TV Dinners”. On July 2, 1988, Blaine and Faye bought the Pioneer Café from bankruptcy court in Billings. Faye's usual routine was being at the café at 4:30 am, baking and cooking up a storm for the day to day business. Blaine continues to run the café. Faye enjoyed traveling with Blaine, and seeing their children; there was no such word as “step” children. Blaine and Faye accepted each other's children as their own. She especially enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and spending time with her favorite cat, KitKat. KitKat is now lost, crying for his special Mom. In traveling and site seeing, she especially enjoyed visiting various monuments, and remembering history that made this country. She could not understand why people could not get along with each other. She had a heart of gold and never a bad word to say about anyone. Faye was preceded in death by her parents; Jerry Burdette, her first husband; and one grandson, Jerry Carl Burdette. Faye is survived by her husband, Blaine of Roundup; her children: Carl (Loretha), Terry Lynn (Ron), and Mark; Brian, Keith (Angie) and Michael; and KitKat her cat. Grandchildren: Cinnamon, Derrick, Alex, Kristen, Andrew; Brianna, Amanda, Kaitlynn, Ethan, Eric, and Ryan; great-grandchildren: Kaden and Landen. Visitation will be Thursday, July 27, 2017 at 11 am to 1 pm at the United Methodist Church in Roundup. Funeral Services will be Thursday, July 27 at 2 pm at the United Methodist Church, following visitation.
